Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Rigvo collects on rigvo.app, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

The controller is the company operating Rigvo. Its legal name and address will be published in the Imprint as soon as it is registered. Until then, contact us at hello@rigvo.app for any privacy matter.

Giving us your data is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot open the live demo for you or answer your request.

3. Who processes your data for us

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. We use no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins.

4. How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer (then the customer contract applies). Consent for product news is kept until you withdraw it. Server logs are deleted by our hosting provider after a short period.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, in particular for direct marketing, and withdraw any consent with effect for the future. Write to hello@rigvo.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live or work.

6. No automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing or profiling.

8. Changes

We will update this policy when Rigvo launches paid plans or adds new processors, and show the new date at the top.
