Terms of Use

These terms apply to the website rigvo.app, the live demo and early-access requests. Paid Rigvo subscriptions will be governed by separate Subscription Terms that you will accept before any payment.

1. For businesses only

Rigvo is software for companies (event, AV and equipment rental). The website, demo and early access are offered to businesses and their employees, not to consumers.

2. Live demo

The demo shows a fictional company with sample data. It is provided for evaluation only, “as is”, may change or be unavailable at any time, and may not reflect the final product. Do not enter real personal or confidential data into the demo.

3. Early access

Requesting early access is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We may accept or decline requests, and may end early access at any time. Prices shown on the website are indicative, exclude VAT, and become binding only when stated in an order or the Subscription Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or demo: no attempts to break or test its security without our written permission, no automated scraping or overloading, no reverse engineering, no uploading of unlawful content, and no use to build a competing product.

5. Intellectual property

The Rigvo name, logo, software, design and texts belong to their owner and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the website; any other use requires our permission.

6. Liability

The website and demo are free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction follow the registered seat of the operating company stated in the Imprint. Questions: hello@rigvo.app.
